In 2015 he received the Baburao Sadvelkar Award In Sumbran Art Foundation, Pune. In 2015 he won the DSK Kala Vishwa State Level Landscape competition award.In 2016 Rupesh attended the Nehru Centre Landscape study camp in Alibaug.He lives and works in Mumbai.
