Mr. Sopan Vasudev Khandagale, a Fine Artist from surat, has Made a unique record of creating the smallest painting on the canvas without the aid of any tool. He has painted the smallest picture equal to the size of a single grain of rise by using his fingernail. This record was achieved on 29th Oct 2017 at Ravi Verma Art Gallery, Pune (Maharastra) India.
