The journey of Kiran Varikilla as an artist started very young when he was inspired by the appreciation and direction given to him by his school art teachers. His conviction towards art made him opt for a radically different path-art, which was very new for his family. He, with utmost dedication moved out of his village and came to Hyderabad to pursue his Bachelor of fine arts degree from Sri.Venkateshwara College of fine arts 2006. He has been invited in a number of important art camps and workshops with senior contemporary artists like Chippa Sudhakar, Srikanth Kurva, Sachin S Jalthare, Sanjay Ashtsputre, Bairu Raghuram, and Kavita Dueskar. Kiran’s works exemplify a strong personal connotation, which speaks for itself. His works are a true image of what goes on in his mind. He transforms his thoughts sensitively and truthfully unto his medium of expression.
